Fishkill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 160-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Beacon, NY, is looking for caring LPNs to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing evaluation of resident medical and mental well-being
Ensure residents needing supervision and assistance with medications are provided with proper dosage at the designated time and observe and record that the resident takes the medication
Maintain the facility in compliance with all applicable statutes, codes, and rules and regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) in New York State
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to function independently
Computer literate
