LPN MDS Assistant

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: This position exists in Wyoming County Community Skilled Nursing Facility and is responsible for assisting with compliance with the Medicare guidelines. The position assists with ensuring that all regulatory and facility standards of practice are met. The incumbent reports directly to the Nursing Facility Administrator.

You MUST meet minimum qualifications in order to be considered for an interview

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma (GED) and a NYS Licensed Practical Nurse. Experience in a geriatric setting is preferred. Prior experience in MDS Assessments required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.45 - $30.83 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
