• Provide nursing care within LPN/LVN scope, following state, facility, and corporate policies.
• Monitor patient health, administer basic care, and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and demonstrate urgency and professionalism in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Deliver medication safely per protocols and maintain accurate documentation of patient status.
• Require graduation from an accredited nursing school, active state LPN/LVN license, and CPR/de-escalation certification.
• One year of relevant experience preferred; first aid may be required.
