Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care

Pay Package for 37.5 hours
Gross Weekly: $1700/week
Taxable Weekly: $675/week
Non-Taxable: $1050/week
Job Requirement:
1+ Years in LTC Care as an LPN.
Active BLS & PN License (NY).

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.
Responsibilities
Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheterization, and medication administration
Monitor patient health conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements
Valid LPN license in the state of practice
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Experience in administering injections and medication management
Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR)
Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
Experience in areas such as spinal tap, occupational health, neonatal ventilator, ICD-10 coding, home community care, memory care, and durable medical equipment (DME) is a plus
