Position: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Schedule: All shifts, part-time (.4/.6 FTE), every 3rd weekend & every other holiday, with on-call options available.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality direct care under RN supervision, participate in care plan development, collect health data, and monitor unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:
Must have a Minnesota LPN license and CPR certification.
