Responsible for managing patient/resident care and ensuring quality outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Supervises therapy assistants and aides, ensuring service delivery aligns with care plans and regulations.

Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation or facility designee.

Requires a degree in physical or occupational therapy, or a master's in speech-language pathology, with appropriate certification/licensure.

Prefer experience in supervising rehab staff, long-term care, outpatient settings, and knowledge of healthcare regulations and cost management.
