The LPN provides high-quality routine care to tenants under RN supervision, following established care plans, standards, and regulations. Responsibilities include developing and updating tenant Care Plans, monitoring health status, reporting changes, and supervising unlicensed staff based on their skills. All activities aim to promote tenants' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
