• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized and group patient care according to medical plans and nursing standards.
• Performs patient assessments, interprets ancillary reports, communicates with physicians, and maintains safe environments.
• Documents care, manages medications/equipment, plans discharges, and provides patient/family education.
• Supervises and validates work of LPNs and aides, orients new staff, participates in education, and assists with policy development.
• Requires nursing degree, state license, heavy physical ability, and relocation to McDowell, KY.
