• Provide direct routine care to tenants under RN/AL Clinical Manager supervision, following Service Plans and state standards.
• Assist in care plan development and implement prescribed interventions.
• Monitor tenant health, report changes, and delegate/oversee unlicensed nursing tasks.
• Ensure tenants' mental, physical, and psychosocial well-being.
