Total Hourly Pay: $42
Gross-Weekly : $1512
Breakdown:
W2 taxable : $16/hr
Per-diem Stipend (non-taxable) : $936/ Weekly

Terms : 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours
Shift : 12hr Evening

Requirements:
LPN with 1-3 years of experience in long-term care and some SNF experience Required.
Active NY License Required.
BLS (AHA) Certification Required.

Pay: $42.00 per hour
