LPN

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, offering a starting pay of $29.50/hour for the 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM shift.

•   Assess and document patient health status and vital signs.
•   Develop care plans and collaborate with treatment teams.
•   Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
•   Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
•   One year of experience in substance abuse treatment preferred.
•   Must have an active State Practical Nursing license.
