Licensed Practical Nurse (s) for various shifts to provide nursing coverage.

Responsibilities:- As an LPN, you will provide nursing coverage (on a 24/7 basis) for facility on assigned shift.
- You will be responsible for dispensing physician ordered medication; performing assessments; responding to emergency situations.
- Responsible for communicating concerns with medical provider/Director of Nursing/Administration.
- You will work as part of our incredible medical team to ensure the best medical care possible.

Qualifications for LPN:- Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation
Job Type: FT and PT for various shifts
Pay structure is as follows:Base pay: $28.50/hr
Differential- Weekend AM- $3.00
Weekday PM/ON- $3.00/ Weekend PM/ON- $4.00
