The LPN is responsible for developing and modifying resident care plans, implementing interventions as directed by RNs or physicians, and providing high-quality direct care under RN supervision. Adherence to Minnesota BON standards, the Resident s Bill of Rights, and the facility's QAPI program is essential.

Qualifications include:
Completion of an approved nursing education program by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Current Minnesota LPN license. Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire. Preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.
