LPN Float Nurse

The Travel/Float Nurse (LPN/RN) PT 3rd shift provides patient care under supervision, assisting with residence operations and monitoring healthcare within the community.

•  Must not leave the community during shifts; notify supervisors in emergencies.

•  Responsibilities include medication management, resident assessments, documentation, and response to health changes or emergencies.

•  Supervises Resident Services Assistants and CNAs, keeping leadership informed of significant events.

•  Qualifications include licensure, current CPR, experience with elderly care preferred, strong communication skills, and physical ability for demanding tasks.

•  Physical demands involve frequent lifting, standing, and dexterity.

•  Other duties may be assigned as needed.
