FULL TIME EMPLOYEES ELIGIBLE FOR $5,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000/year (based on education and experience)
Schedule: Full Time, Hybrid, or PRN scheduling available
At Pyramid Healthcare in Radford we specialize in Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Job Description/Expectations:
Supervises the counselors.
Evaluates potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and identifies their DSM VTR diagnoses, Axis I-V.
Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans.
Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults.
Provides individual and group supervision to the counselors and other staff as assigned.
Maintains caseload as needed.
Assists the Program Director in developing new programs for the facility.
Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files.
Ensures clinical program occurs daily as scheduled.
Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience:
Required: LPC or LCSW with 2 years experience after receiving licensure for state of Virginia
