Lower Elementary School Front Desk Attendant Status: Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt position
Reporting To: Principal
Hours: Thursday and Friday, 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. following the school calendar
Start Date: August 4, 2025
Job Summary: Warmly greet and welcome students and parents, performing job responsibilities in a professional and responsible manner.
Job Responsibilities - Issue visitor badges and direct students and parents according to protocols
- Respond to parent and student inquiries, whether on the phone or in person
- Support and maintain a safe entry environment by being observant, attentive, and proactive
- Respond to safety concerns according to protocols
- Facilitate parents with check-in/out system at Kiosk
- Maintain security by monitoring security cameras inside and outside of the building
- Monitor phone/communication systems during all after school program hours of operation
- Contribute to the efforts of the elementary school office and after school team in order to support the operation of our Early Childhood and K-3 after school programs
Job Qualifications - Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Strong Christian background
- Comfortable working in a multi-denominational community
- Prior experience preferred
