Lead Network Installer / LV Foremen
On-Demand/As needed Consulting
Travelling site to site across the US (expenses reimbursed)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Network Installer to lead our team to assist with Low Voltage responsibilities to travel to customer sites for deployments to prepare for Just Walk Out stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage networking systems, with a focus on tasks such as running cables, connecting cables, patching cables, hanging cameras, marking, and measuring cameras. This role will involve leading a team of technicians to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
Executing designed blueprints for Running cable, connecting cable, patching cable, hanging cameras, racking/stacking, marking and measuring cameras
Perform site readiness, post install validation / testing
Leading 1-3 deployment technicians and low voltage technicians
Requirements:
Experience in low voltage networking systems installation and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of low voltage networking protocols and technologies.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Nice to Have (not required):
BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and/or Telecommunications accreditation-accreditation base (TITAB)
Manufacturer and/or BICSI certifications for Lead Telecommunications Installer
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 per hour
