DevOps Engineer - Azure/Kubernetes/Docker

Location: Hybrid Onsite - Hartford, CT

Job Overview

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and Docker to support the automation and optimization of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), specifically in a containerized Azure cloud environment. You will play a critical role in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring application reliability, and maintaining compliance and security standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Azure Infrastructure Management: Create, manage, and monitor resources within Microsoft Azure
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Containerization: Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications using Docker
• Kubernetes (AKS) Management: Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters within Azure
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate provisioning using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or equivalents
• Monitoring: Use tools such as Grafana to monitor infrastructure and pipeline performance
• Security & Compliance: Implement DevSecOps practices including running security scans on code and infrastructure
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline workflows across the SDLC
