Volusia and Brevard County Territory
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Remote with Travel to Brevard and Volusia County territory

Salary:
$50k base salary PLUS uncapped commission ($70k-$100k Year 1 OTE), health, vision, dental coverage, short-term and long-term disability insurance available, IRA matching, paid vacation, sick time, and un-capped mileage.

Our client specializes in helping individuals and families navigate Medicaid planning, with a focus on long-term care services. They assist clients in qualifying for Medicaid benefits, regardless of income or assets, through personalized guidance and expert support in handling complex Medicaid applications and regulations.

Job Summary:
The Long-Term Care Sales & Marketing Liaison will be responsible for promoting the company's services related to Florida's long-term care Medicaid program. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and clients, educating them about Medicaid benefits, and assisting in navigating long-term care expenses. This position requires an outgoing, results-driven, and self-starting individual who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:
•  Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, attending events, etc.
•  Educate clients on Medicaid crisis planning, explaining Medicaid benefits and options (home health, assisted living, nursing homes).
•  Build and nurture relationships with community partners, providing ongoing support and education.
•  Stay up to date on Medicaid regulations and changes to provide accurate information to clients and the community.
•  Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective marketing/sales strategies and relationship building.
•  Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to develop promotional materials and participate in marketing events. Qualifications:
•  High school diploma or equivalent
•  Excellent customer service skills
•  Proficient in technology, including Apple and Microsoft products (training provided)
•  Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (mileage paid)
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Ability to multi-task referrals, phone calls, emails, and marketing
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and the community
•  Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
•  Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
