The Long Term Acute Care Nurse Manager will join an organization with an outstanding reputation in the community and across Montana.
The Long Term Acute Care Nurse Manager will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer of the hospital as well as the CEO. This person will be supported by two assistant nurse managers, and a team of dedicated staff RNs and LVNs.
The Long Term Acute Care Nurse Manager is expected to uphold the highest standard of care and lead their team in all care activities. The Long Term Acute Care Nurse Manager will need the ability to oversee all nursing services, ensure compliance with regulations, promote a culture of excellence and quality care, and create an environment filled with collaboration among the healthcare team. In addition, they will Organize, direct, plan, assess, implement, and lead the nursing services of the Long Term Acute Care Facility.
