About The Role
We 're looking for a Logistics Transition Lead to join on a permanent basis working within our project team who are implementing a Transport Management System (TMS) into our Global Brands Supply operation .
You'll be stepping into this role at a pivotal moment of strategic transformation, playing a vital role in shaping the future of our logistics function. We are in the midst of implementing a Transport Management System across our operations, a significant change programme and a major milestone in our journey towards our supply chain digitisation roadmap .
This role will be central to the delivery, embedding, and continuous development of the TMS, working closely with our Digital & Technology (D&T) teams and global markets.

About You
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys driving meaningful change. With a strong understanding of logistics systems and processes, you bring a collaborative attitude and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and TMS platforms, along with a proven track record of delivering system-led change within a logistics setting.
