Job Number 676979BR Description:We are Lockheed Martin This position is for a Logistics Support Analyst supporting developmental and operational test programs at Eglin AFB, FL. The Logistics Support Analyst will perform all functions related to Supply Chain support, inventory/material/storage management, Shipping and Receiving of CFE and GFE items, Property management, and Vehicle management. The applicant will team with USAF, contractor, and civil service engineers and maintainers as part of an integrated test team. The Logistics Support Analyst will:
- Maintain configuration control of all government, commercial, and company equipment.
- Perform inventory and asset tracking.
- Prepare reports compiled from database records for submission to customers and support agencies.
- Ship and receive aircraft equipment, documents, tools, and hardware to support Test and Aircraft Modification activities.
- Perform Property Management functions for equipment and material assigned to contracts.
- Manage assigned GSA and other vehicles.
- Manage office supply, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure timely delivery and receipt of items and equipment. The applicant will interact with senior company personnel and external customers on logistics and property management matters requiring coordination between multiple organizations. Alternate shift, overtime, travel and weekend work may be required to support mission & staffing needs. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. • Experience in Inventory Management and Control.
• Experience in Property and Asset Management and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Experience with managing aircraft MOD kits.

• Experience with ordering and disposal of HAZMAT.
Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with the Supply Chain Management and procurement processes.

• Working knowledge in LM Aero program, logistics, supply, technical data, and training process and procedures.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Knowledge and understanding of procedures
pertaining to aircraft maintenance, logistics and
modification processes is desired.

• Database management experience.

• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office
Suite.

• Experience with Tool and Calibration System Management.

• Strong working experience in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
