Logistics Supervisor

13 hours shifts, 2x2x3 schedule Days to train then nights Shipping/Receiving Supervisor Day to day - manage the peoples work assignments, work force, safety of the people, make sure the food safety training and people safety, manage the flow of finished goods through the warehouse, receiving from production and out the back door. Cycle count inventory daily, reconcile with production, communicating needs of the plant as we hold supplies in our area, we supply materials to the plant, so that process is working daily

Basic management skills needed. Will manage up to 25 employees at any given time. Communicate effectively, manager of people

Experience in a Supervisory role and a proven ability to effectively manage people

College degree (minimum Associate's degree)
