Description:
Systems for Public Safety, Inc., is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who excels in a fast-paced environment to receive new vehicles, schedule delivery of vehicles and coordinate daily emergency equipment work.
- Coordinate with Customers for delivery/ pick up of vehicles
- Dispatch SPS truck driver for delivery/ pick up of vehicles
- Coordinate, schedule and dispatch volunteer drivers for delivery/ pick up of vehicles as needed
- Coordinate with dealerships for inbound deliveries of new vehicles
- Receive and check in all new vehicles IAW SPS checklist
- Coordinate with dealerships for inbound deliveries of new vehicles
- Coordinate and schedule daily work for emergency equipment on vehicles
- Coordinate with local dealerships for repairs that need to be outsourced
Requirements:
- Must have a current, valid Driver's License
- Excellent and effective communication skills
- 1-2 years of logistics experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to be able to work outdoors
- Service Writer/ Advisor experience at a dealership, repair shop or other services-related business
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology
Compensation details: 20-22 Hourly Wage
