RRA Group Inc., a leading freight brokerage firm based in the United States, is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales within a freight brokerage firm, a strong understanding of the logistics industry, and the ability to generate new business.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining client relationships, negotiating rates, and ensuring seamless freight movement. You will collaborate with our U.S.-based operations and dispatch teams to expand our business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition - Identify and develop relationships with potential shippers, customers, and partners.
  • Account Management - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales & Negotiations - Secure freight from shippers, negotiate rates with carriers, and close deals that align with business goals.
  • Market Research - Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.
  • CRM & Documentation - Accurately log all sales activities in the company's CRM and maintain records of interactions.
  • Collaboration with Operations Team - Work closely with the dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth freight movement.
  • Performance Metrics - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Customer Service & Retention - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in freight brokerage sales within a U.S.-based brokerage firm.
  • Strong knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, ITS Dispatch, and Highway (online compliance program).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prospect, sell, and negotiate with both new and existing customers.
  • Understanding of freight lanes, pricing models, and carrier negotiations.
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize sales and freight movement.

Essential Requirements:

  • Own Laptop/Desktop with the latest operating system (Windows).
  • High-speed internet connection (minimum of 100 Mbps) for seamless communication.
  • Dedicated work environment free from distractions.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours to coordinate with the U.S. sales and operations teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience working remotely in sales for a freight brokerage.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards.
  • Experience handling LTL, FTL, and multimodal freight solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
