About the Role

Zachary Daniels are currently seeking a highly capable and results-driven Logistics Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact, time-sensitive operational projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across business units and external partners, you'll play a key role in driving change and delivering measurable value.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and is confident managing projects from initiation through to successful completion.

The project will involve warehouse consolidation with a potential new site opening.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion.

Logistics Optimization:

  • Analyze logistics operations and propose improvements for cost reduction and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with 3PL providers, transportation partners, and internal stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication among internal departments (procurement, warehouse, finance, etc.).
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership.

Risk & Compliance:

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboards/reports.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in delivering operational projects within complex, matrixed environments.

  • A background in change management or transformation initiatives.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.

  • An operational or business process background is advantageous.
