Logistics Operations Manager
- Manage and coordinate transportation, warehousing, distribution of goods and import & export compliance activities
- Work with and monitor 3PL to ensure orders are shipped in accordance with SLA, resolve any issues that may arise
- Oversee and manage import and export shipments, providing instructions to customs brokers as necessary and resolving issues promptly
- Oversee 3PL performance, approve logistics invoices, and maintain logistics cost reports
- Ensure billing accuracy, validate charges and process payments timely
- Review routing guides, set up shipping guides with 3PL for new customers
- Work with various internal teams to on resolving issues, creating new and modifying existing processes for efficiency
- Provide various reports and data updates based on company requirements
- Support sample orders for marketing and sales
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Complete additional assignments based on business needs
- Business travel as required
- Must be able to speak Mandarin, have a minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
