Ensuring the efficient management and control of the warehouse/yard operations. Providing an effective and reliable services to internal and external stakeholders while meeting EHS requirements. Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory materials to supply the business operations and customer demands for operational tasks performed in a warehouse or yard environment: issuing, receiving, and counting inventory items, locating/placing items in the appropriate bin/rack locations, and manages material control and security. The incumbent performs operational tasks at the warehouse/yard facilities associated with MRO inventory operations, critical spares, tubulars, and other oilfield materials.

Inventory / Yard Management:
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary materials while minimizing excess stock.
Perform cycle counts on a monthly basis to ensure accurate inventory records, including third party locations, and reconciling stock differences in SAP.
Assist with inventory forecasting, and inventory outlook reporting.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, supporting any inventory related issues, new purchase storage requirements, disposal/sale of inventory.
Under general supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products, and inventory accuracy.
Perform cycle counts on monthly basis to ensure accurate inventory records and reconciles differences

Shipping & Receiving:
Overseeing the receipt of incoming materials and shipment of outgoing goods ensuring accuracy and timeliness, not only at the yard/warehouse/yard but also incoming and outgoing goods from the multiple field locations.
Works in conjunction and communicates with logistics providers to arrange collection and shipments of orders Assists with the preparation and distribution of shipping documentation Communicates regularly and proactively with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders' suppliers regarding status of shipments.
Continuous tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to Apache's EHS regulations, policies, and procedures Directly responsible for warehouse management EHS programs Promotes safe working environment and ensures reporting procedures for incidents are followed.
Required to be present at assigned yard or other facilities in the operational area during working hours to support the business and provide oversight of material management activities Responsible for maintaining records of all Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
Responsible for maintaining records of all MSDS sheets and ensure proper storage of hazardous materials.
Ensure all personnel working and/or visiting wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions including but not limited to inventory cycle counts, receipt of goods, material disposition and scrapping, etc.
Maintain record of all transportation documents of incoming and outgoing materials from the warehouse/yard and field locations.
Maintain record of the waste manifest chain of custody.

Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
Good organizational skills
Ability to work independently within set deadlines.
Intermediate computer skills are required and SAP knowledge, is preferred The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are required.
Advanced critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Forklift and equipment operation skills preferred Team player and effective communicator Ability to speak and write English is required High school diploma required Associate's degree preferred
3-5+ years of related inventory and material control experience
Experience working within a materials control/warehouse environment.

Forklift Certificate is a MUST have.

Schedule is 40 hours per week.
