Position Summary: ANSER is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist to be part of a team that will provide logistics management and subject matter expertise to drive supply chain, acquisition, and operational logistics efficiencies that produce operational readiness and sustain U.S. military forces in the Command theater. In this role you will support or lead the creation of the planning documents, coordinate and respond to logistics requirements, and oversee the distribution of critical resources. Day to Day Responsibilities: Bring multi-functional logistics experience in supply, fuel, maintenance, transportation, and air mobility at the tactical and/or operational level to plan and support combat training center rotations Support the planning and preparation orders and concepts to support joint sustainment training requirements Support Defense client senior leaders and their subordinate component organizations in Hawaii. Work directly with Defense leaders to provide asset management services support in support of operational resilience and mission success. Other projects and or duties as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience Logistics management experience, preferably in the defense industry Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI Preferred Qualifications: Subject matter expertise in conducting risk assessments, sourcing, and identifying corrective actions to logistics planning and operations Experience in briefing senior leaders and executives on unit and equipment readiness, operational and logistics planning, and managing current logistics operations Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations, local market, internal equity, candidate qualifications such as skills, education and experience.
