Logistics Lead
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM ( Must be flexible to work Saturdays)
Position Description:
- Oversee logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Utilize ERP SAP systems to track and manage inventory, shipments, and supply chain performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Work closely with procurement, customer service, and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
- Train and supervise logistics personnel, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Generate reports and dashboards using SAP ERP for data-driven decision-making.
- Address and resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, and other logistics challenges.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must have experience in ERP/SAP systems
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is advantageous.
