We are looking for an ambitious Logistics Engineer to join the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) team. The successful candidate will support THAAD Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) Lead as a Logistics Engineer in developing and sustaining the THAAD IETMs in compliance with MIL-STD-40051-1 and MIL-STD-40051-2. Must possess the ability to grasp technical concepts provided by Systems Engineers, and translate/document those concepts into a format easily understood by the Soldier. The candidate will be responsible for providing technically accurate, grammatically correct, interactive electronic technical manual documentation and other technical documentation for THAAD Fielded Units. The candidate will work directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document hardware and software processes. Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of XML editors and general knowledge of computer scripting. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Must have the knowledge to use Arbortext Editor to develop XML compliant technical manuals. - Ability to travel to support product development - Ability to obtain and maintain an active secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Customer oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment. - Must possess the aptitude to multi-task and employ solid problem solving abilities. - Extensive knowledge and experience working with all MS Office software. Ability to quickly master new technical applications. - Graphics development using Tech Illustrator, ISO Draw and Photoshop.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
