Global logistics and transportation services company is looking for Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient scheduling for our clients.

Type of Hire: Temp to Hire Pay Rate: $20/hr. + Benefits. Start Date: Tuesday 4/29 Office Location: Onsite in Irving, TX 75039 Schedule: M-F 1pm-10pm No Weekends

Training: no time off during 3-week training, and no time off during the first 90 days.

Brief Job Description:
  • Answer inbound calls making appointments scheduling vehicles shipping to and from Hawaii.
  • Will interact with a lot of military families on the calls.
Duties
  • Register orders and initiate the transportation process for seamless relocations.
  • Work with steamship lines, trucking vendors, and others to keep shipments on course.
  • Keep our database accurate and up to date with crucial shipment details.
  • Handle essential office duties, from typing and faxing to document management.
  • Update schedules and logs daily, ensuring every task is on track.

Requirements
  • Must have 2 years of recent call center or office experience.
  • Logistics or Transportation background a plus but not required (dispatch, logistics coordination, admin etc.)
  • Must be familiar and comfortable using Excel in previous roles.
  • Must possess a friendly, and professional personality.
  • MUST be career driven
  • Must be able to commute to Irving, TX daily (No more than 40 mins of facility)
