This hybrid Logistics Coordinator role supports customer order processing, inventory management, and coordination with 3PL and distributor partners to ensure accurate and timely deliveries for a Food and Beverage company. The position also assists with reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Description


  • Process and manage incoming customer orders for U.S. distributors

  • Monitor system workflows to ensure smooth and accurate order handling

  • Coordinate daily logistics with third-party providers and distributor partners

  • Track shipments and communicate order status to internal teams and clients

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed

  • Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies

  • Analyze reports and data to identify trends and improve operations

  • Assist with automation initiatives and system enhancements

  • Prepare timely, accurate monthly logistics and performance reports

  • Support cross-functional communication with departments like Sales, Marketing, and Finance

  • Maintain productive working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Provide general support across the logistics department as needed


Profile

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a high-volume and fast-paced setting. They will also have experience working in a Logisitcs Coordinator or similar role. Must have strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
