A-Line Staffing is now hiring Logistics Coordinator in Belvidere, NJ 07823.
The Logistics Coordinator would be working for a major Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential.

Logistics Coordinator Highlights:

  • Schedule: 1st Shift 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid - 2 days onsite; flexible)
  • Pay Range: $32.00 - $33.00 hourly

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate domestic logistics and import/export operations in the U.S.
  • Manage inventory logistics and international shipping processes.
  • Liaise between production sites, global affiliates, and logistics partners.

Import Coordination:

  • Oversee transportation of imported products to final destinations in North America.
  • Collaborate with customs brokers and monitor carrier delivery performance.
  • Track shipments using digital platforms and manage ETA communications.
  • Audit customs entries and manage corrections with government authorities.

Export Coordination:

  • Fulfill export orders from multiple production sites to affiliates/customers in LATAM, APAC, EU, China, and North America.
  • Serve as the primary contact for international logistics coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation and shipping schedules.
  • Update SAP with GI dates and prepare open order reports.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist with urgent SAP changes for packaging/shipping.
  • Support customer service teams and regional AMCs with order management.
  • Conduct research and resolve logistics-related complaints and claims.
  • Coordinate with insurance for damage claims and reimbursements.
  • Support regulatory teams with customs, FDA, and audit documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (DICI program).
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices with brokers and carriers.
  • Maintain full compliance with safety, health, environmental (SHE), and quality standards.

Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related Logistics field (required).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in import/export logistics within a global matrix organization.
  • Experience with warehousing, transportation, and hazardous materials.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP R/3.
  • Knowledge of GMP and cGMP practices.
  • Project management experience and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience handling regulatory compliance and audits.
