Hourly Wage: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do As a
Logistics Clerk, you will support various logistical functions, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling. You will utilize technology and organizational skills to process internal and external customer orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities - Receiving - Verify, count, and inspect incoming shipments while ensuring accuracy and resolving purchase order discrepancies.
- Shipping - Organize and coordinate transportation, prepare necessary shipping documents, and communicate with freight carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Material Handling - Move, stock, and distribute materials throughout the facility to support production and warehouse operations.
- Follow Lean 5S Practices - Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workspace.
- Maintain Good Attendance - Follow assigned work schedules and communicate any planned or unplanned absences with the supervisor.
Requirements
What We're Looking For - Logistics or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and shipments.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate ERP and shipping software.
- Experience operating forklifts, hand jacks, pallet trucks, cranes, and hoists-forklift certification is a plus.
Physical & Mental Demands - Ability to remain in a standing position for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Working Conditions - Adheres to attendance requirements as established by the department supervisor.
- Work conditions vary between office and production environments.
- Overtime as required and/or needed to meet operational demands.
