Your Role

Are you looking for an internship that offers hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management and supply chain analytics? You found it. In this role, youll work closely with our supply chain professionals to improve operational efficiency, analyze data, and support logistics processes.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Collaboration. As a member of our supply chain team, youll help ensure the seamless operation of our hardware business unit. You'll also work closely with vendors, partners and other internal teams.

Getting Hudl hardware into the hands of coaches worldwide. Youll support inventory management, tracking shipments and coordinating with suppliers. Along the way, you'll gain an inside perspective on how we create our world-class products.

Assisting in supply chain data analysis. Youll identify trends, inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and report key supply chain metrics to leadership.

Improving cost-effectiveness. Youll help optimize warehouse and distribution operations to improve delivery times. Youll also participate in supplier evaluation, procurement processes and risk assessments.

Location

This role requires 1520 hours per week at our Lincoln, Nebraska headquarters, with clear communication on when those hours will be worked each week.
Must-Haves

Supply chain student. Youre currently pursuing a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or a related field.

Tech stack experience.You have a proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or other data analysis tools.

Responsible. You take ownership in your workyou hit deadlines, meet expectations and raise red flags when you see them. You have excellent communication and organizational skills.

A team player.You can collaborate with internal and external stakeholders that might have different priorities, all while ensuring projects make it across the finish line.

Nice-to-Haves

Industry experience. You have previous real world exposure to e-commerce, purchasing and/or supplier sourcing (outside of courses on these topics).

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is set by a candidates year in school, and will be determined by their academic standing at the start of the internship.Base Hourly Range$14$15 USDInclusion at Hudl
