ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is an Onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic (CNAL) staff support and shipboard training for ILS and Maintenance Support Centers (MSC) onboard aircraft carriers
Work with other logistics activities in an effort to resolve ILS issues relating to aircraft carrier support, configuration and allowances
Participate in meetings/conferences to provide recommendations and insight concerning ILS and Configuration matters
Provide a monthly report detailing number of inquiries or problems received from MSC'S (by hull), type of inquiry/problem received (i.e. incorrect APL, incorrect drawing, Tech Manual deficiencies) (by hull), problem resolution, and Ships Configuration and Logistics Information System (SCLSIS) record processing metrics
Conduct post assessment related review of supply and SCILSIS configuration changes required for provisioning new or modified equipment and accept action items during Integrated Logistic Support Management Team (ILSMT) meetings
Shall provide technical Assistance, and support government Assessments and Training visits for Atlantic Nuclear-Powered Aircraft Carriers (Lant CVN's) Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in training, analysis, problem resolution and technical assistance for aircraft carrier personnel on maintenance ILS systems and programs
Experience in the documentation and processing of maintenance data into Organizational Maintenance Management System-Next Generation (OMMS-NG)
5+ years of writing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Assist/Assessment reports; submitting ILS technical feedback reports; and delivering verbal reports to senior CVN leadership
5+ years of experience in researching, analyzing, and organizing ILS technical data, including CVN drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance support data
5+ years of experience in updating Configuration Data Manager Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) files Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting CNAL logistics operations
Experience in shipboard equipment validation and applying associated configuration changes due to equipment alterations
Experience in CVN Maintenance Support Center (MSC) Clearance Requirements: Must have a current and active Secret Security Clearance Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
Able to go onboard ship, climb adders, climb on equipment, access spaces through scuttles and carry and lift 40lbs over their head.
