JOB DUTIES: Ensure availability of the right parts, in the right quantity, and at the right time to support both the client and After Sales Markets. Specific duties include: Coordinate with internal and external customers to maintain supply to RDCs, CDC, and Dealers worldwide, also with transport service providers such as sea freight, air freight and trucking companies. Take corrective action with inventory discrepancies between actual warehouse inventories and system inventories to ensure accurate releases. Responsible for analysis of Material Requirements Planning, Forecasts, Market trends, Seasonal trends, Campaigns, supplier releases, and delivery schedules to ensure material availability and to identify developments in logistics planning. Address all system alerts for backorders, risk of the backorder, past dues, and overstock, and provide ongoing analyses in areas such as transportation costs, parts procurement or delivery processes. Collaborate with suppliers via supply of planning figures and monitor for on-time deliveries to North American DCHUB/CONDC and CDC/central distribution center. Conduct Launch preparations at suppliers. Ensure correct initial fills at Launches. Track product flow from origin to final delivery. Monitor inventory transactions at warehouse facilities. Provide troubleshooting at suppliers not meeting delivery dates. Initiate corrective actions with Suppliers and required escalations. Conduct projects to optimize service levels and maintain supply chain efficiency at problematic suppliers. Provide information in a timely basis to all market requests. Support technical and sales campaigns. Understand and models VPS (Value Added Production System) Principles and concepts of Standard Work and Problem Solving. Adhere to 6S and Safety Standards and Principles. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Perform any other duties as assigned by Department Manager and/or Operational Leads. Participate in problem-solving for supplier development to recommend improvements to existing or planned logistics processes. Participate in client projects, or projects led outside the group. Act as a contact to all suppliers and carriers, logistics associations, and institutions. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Lead. Work with Enterprise Resource System SAP AEP, SAP Stard, SAP SRM, SPAB for materials Just In Time and Just In Sequence, Power BI, and supplier score card system (LPMS). JOB REQUIREMENT: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Technology/Systems Engineering or a closely related field, plus 2 years of related experience. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. Experience to include working with Enterprise Resource System SAP AEP, SAP Stard, SAP SRM, SPAB for materials Just In Time and Just In Sequence, Power BI, and supplier score card system (LPMS). HOURS: 40 hours per week, M-F, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. JOB LOCATION: 220 N. Main Street, Suite 500, Greenville, SC 29601.
