Responsibilities
- Learning: Spend 26 weeks training with an experienced freight broker to understand the business
- Sales: Make calls, build a client base, and close deals with customers
- Negotiation: Work with customers and carriers to set prices and secure deals
- Shipment Management: Ensure shipments are picked up and delivered on time, and handle any issues
- Communication: Stay in touch with both the team and customers to keep everything on track
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent experience in Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize assignments
