Dates: Monday & Thursday each week
Shifts: 9/15-10/27 Mon & Thurs each week Mon 10a-6p, Thur 5:30a-1:30p (first week provider works will be 4-5 days back-to-back to train/orient)
Local candidates only due to days of the week needed.
Worksite Clinic seeing employees and their families
Adult only
Workers Comp/Occupational Medicine experience required
REQUIREMENTS:
Active DE State License
DEA
BLS
Two years of experience required
