Procedures: Exams, restorative, extractions, General Dentistry
Nice to haves: endo, anterior, or any RCT
Support Staff: Full staff: Front Office, Dental Assistants, 2 Hygienists, Dentists
Type of Charting: Open Dental
Requirements: OK License, DEA, BLS, ACLS
Reason for Need: Associate Dentist on medical leave
Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week
