Types of Cases: Cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, sprains, minor burns, splints
Credentialing: 90 days (default assumption), emergency privileges available
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
Certifications: None
Licensure: West Virginia license required, IMLC accepted
