Type of Need: Locums Locums-to-Perm Start Date: ASAP Duration: 26 weeks Schedule & Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week, either 5x8s or 4x10s On-call/Callback: Not applicable Rates: $40-$75 per hour Types of Cases/Procedures: As an Advanced Practice Clinician, you will provide professional, comprehensive specialized nursing services with an emphasis on disease prevention and health promotion. You will establish therapeutic relationships with a diverse patient population, including refugees and low-income individuals. Patient Volume: 12-20 patients per day EMR System: Epic Number of Physicians/Support Staff in Department: 1-2 Interview Process: Video interview Conducted by HR Analyst Onboarding Requirements and Time Required to Onboard: 45 days or less based on credentialing
