LocumJobsOnline is working with OneStaff Locums to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Dover, Delaware, 19901.

Pay Information
$150 to $175 per hour

About The Position

(7) - 24hr shifts per month at both sites

Specialty: OBGYN

EMR system: EPIC

Reason for Coverage: Physician Vacancies

Setting: Inpatient

Type of patients / cases / procedures required:

One location OB and GYN. C sections, minor gyn procedures, and any OB related procedures.

Other location: In patient and ED patients. All OB and emergent GYN.

Patient Encounters per shift:

One location: 8-12 patients in a 24 hour shift.

Other location: 12-18 per 24 hours

Available support staff:

One location: Hospital Nursing Staff and OB Hospitalist who would also be working.

Other location: Midwives and RN's

Miscellaneous Information:

One location: Hospital averages 65 births per month. This position would be 100% hospital based. OB Hospitalist Group sees all unassigned patients. This position would cover the assigned patients.There is not a NICU at this location. Newborns needing NICU care are transferred

Other location: OB GYN available to work independently with a diverse population in a friendly and collaborative work environment. Inpatient volume= monthly births ; NICU level= 2

Board Certified or Truly BE - REQUIRED
Active, IMLC, full license process DE license - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/Background - Required
Must be able to commit to 7 SPM to include 1 weekend
