Pay Information
$260 to $300 per hour

About The Position
Monday-Friday- 7a-5p
1-2 Weeks Monthly

-Setting: Clinic
-Duties: New patients, follow up visits, therapeutic treatments (Botox, ONB. etc.)
-FTE: 1.0
-Required Procedures: Minimal, Botox, ONB, etc.
-Patient Volume: 13-15 per day
-EMR: EPIC
-Support Staff: Established LPN or MA already in clinic

100% Clean Malpractice, Licensure, and Background Required
