Schedule
- Ongoing assignment
- 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p or 7p-7a
- Orientation includes medical affairs, EPIC training, employee health, and ED shadowing
Procedures and Cases
- Broad range of ED presentations
- Projected 11,500 annual ED visits
- Targeting 1.4-1.5 patients per hour
- Radiology support: CT/X-ray 24/7, ultrasound M-F, VRAD after-hours
- All admits transferred to AnMed Anderson
Requirements
- Board certified or eligible in EM, FM, or IM (within 3 years of residency)
- ACLS and ATLS required
- Active South Carolina license
- EM and trauma experience preferred
Credentialing and Travel
- Credentialing: 90 days (pre-app required; temp privileges possible)
- Travel and lodging provided
