• Contract Type: Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift Schedule:
  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Minimum Shift Requirement: Flexible - No Required Minimum
  • Locum Need: 2 FTEs
  • Temp Privileges Available for Eligible Providers
• Practice Setting: Pediatric Emergency Department
• Facility Details:
  • Annual Volume: 22,000 pediatric patient visits
  • 15 ED Beds
  • APC Coverage: 10-Hour Shift (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
  • Admitting Orders: Not Required
  • No Trauma Designation
• EMR System: Epic
• Travel & Lodging: Provided

Patient Load & Flow:

• Patients Per Hour: 1.6 PPH

Provider Requirements:

• Certification:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) or Pediatrics
• Licensure: Active & Unrestricted NJ State License & DEA
• Required Certifications:
  • ATLS Required
  • PALS Required

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Procedures Required: Full Pediatric Emergency Medicine Procedures
• Subspecialty Backup Available
• Code Response: Required for Pediatric Patients
