Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians for a locum tenens opportunity in Powell, TN. This position offers long-term coverage, flexible scheduling, and competitive compensation in a high-volume emergency department.

Opportunity Details:

• Location: Powell, TN
• Contract Type: Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens
• Start Date: September 2023
• Shift Schedule:
• Day Shift: 7 AM - 5 PM
• Evening Shift: 1 PM - 11 PM
• Night Shift: 9 PM - 7 AM

APC Coverage:10 AM - 8 PM3 PM - 1 AMMinimum Commitment: 24 shifts per monthPractice Setting: Physician-led Emergency DepartmentFacility Details:Annual Volume: 36,000 patient visits20 ED BedsNo Trauma DesignationHospitalist in ED handles admitting ordersEMR System: CernerTemp Privileges: Available for clean files with an active license

Provider Requirements:

• Certification: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Licensure: Active & Unrestricted TN State License & DEA
• Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS
• Non-EM Boarded Providers: Must have Emergency Department experience
