Rhino Medical is actively seeking Board Certified OB/GYN Physicians for a locum tenens OB Hospitalist opportunity in Little Rock, AR. This role provides 24-hour in-house coverage at a Level III NICU facility with flexible scheduling options.

• Contract Type: OB Hospitalist Locum Tenens
• Shift Schedule: 24-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 AM, subject to change)
• Coverage: 24/7/365
• Long-term locum need while recruiting permanent providers

• NICU Level: III
• Annual Deliveries: 1,244
• Annual OBED Visits: 1,356
• Annual Surgical Procedures: 41
• Annual C-Section Assists: 44
• Projected Deliveries: 93
• Circumcisions: 0
• OBED Visits: 1,356
• EMR System: EPIC

Responsibilities:

• Primary provider for OB-ED and OB triage
• Manage unassigned OB patients that present to L&D and the ER
• Handle obstetric emergencies and GYN cases
• Perform antepartum, postpartum, and GYN rounds
• Perform emergent GYN surgery for unassigned patients (e.g., ruptured ectopic pregnancies, ovarian torsion, incomplete abortion)
• Provide consults in the ER as needed
• Assist in L&D, but no assistant surgeon service available
• Participate in residency training, RN education, and hospital simulations
• Work collaboratively with Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) as needed

Provider Requirements:

• Board Certified OB/GYN (MD/DO)
• Active Arkansas State License & Unrestricted DEA
• Minimum 3 years of active experience
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
