About The PositionA medical center is seeking Cardiology locums coverage.
The facility is located in Corpus Christi, TX.
This locum cardiology position covers both unassigned and assigned patients at two campuses, including heart clinic patients. The provider will cover both non-invasive and interventional cardiology call following the existing call structure, with unrestricted call from home and a 30-minute response time. Responsibilities include clinic coverage, reading EKGs, echos, and nuclear studies, with an average daily patient volume of 5 and around 15 cardiology admissions per day. APP assistance is not available, and candidates must be board-certified with a TX license, DEA, and a clean background for temporary privileges. The rate structure should include an 8-hour daily rate plus night call.
